Innovative company Telereso adopts Firstcom’s SIP Encrypt solution for its’ unique voice broadcast/call out service.

Overview

Telereso is a first to market “voice broadcast-response” system, which provides clients with instant reach and instant call connection to their prospect database.

A broadcast recorded by Telereso’s users is played to the prospect when they answer and then at the touch of any key the prospect is instantly connected and speaking to you.

With the capability of making calls to over 10,000 data subjects almost instantly.

Recruitment is the launch market and clients can elicit a response to their vacancies without having to employ a dedicated telephone resource – delivering on day one vast operational savings. With the GDPR coming into play in May this year, co-founders Chris Smith and Andy Davies selected call security experts Firstcom Europe as their IP Telephony Service Provider.

“Telereso is about speed to market and enabling users to instantly connect with people who are interested in their sales proposition. We built Telereso as we identified that this small disruption can yield massive value to our clients, and as first movers in the automation of this space we envisage Telereso as becoming a global brand that forms an integral part of an organisations’ sales process and communications strategy.” “Telereso is about speed to market and enabling users to instantly connect with people who are interested in their sales proposition. We built Telereso as we identified that this small disruption can yield massive value to our clients, and as first movers in the automation of this space we envisage Telereso as becoming a global brand that forms an integral part of an organisations’ sales process and communications strategy.” Says Chris..

Telereso automates the arduous task of reaching large audience quickly and connecting you to hot prospects. Whether a company is large or small, employing Telereso to take care for the initial sales outreach means that key staff can focus on the higher value tasks.

Chris Smith CEO explains that with his 20 years’ experience in the recruitment field it was a logical move to launch to this market. What is more, the automation of tele-resourcing is gaining massive traction here.

The technical side which is the backbone of the business is taken care of by CTO Andy Davies.  His technical expertise and IT skills, all gained within the Telephony arena, has meant that Telereso is resilient, secure and massively scalable.

The challenge As a start-up Telereso need their telephony to be robust, reliable and scalable. With the demo as the only opportunity to impress a client it is essential that the system performs well and instils absolute confidence in the way it will perform when they are using it fully. Chris Smith explains how Firstcom differentiated themselves during the decision making process: “Firstcom listened, learnt and understood what we wanted to achieve as a business and tailored the solution to fit our requirements rather than trying to push us into a predefined box. Firstcom offered exceptional customer service. We were looking at working with a different provider but in the end the customer service was the deciding factor.”

Solution and implementation

Firstcom quickly recommended that call encryption was built into the SIP Trunk services they proposed. Any company transmitting personal data over the Internet needs to ensure that this data is protected, and Telereso agreed that trust and confidentiality were are fundamental to their brand. A SafeGateway unit, which contains encryption software and licence keys was supplied for Telereso to plug in between their phone system and the SIP Trunk connectivity to the Firstcom network. This straightforward deployment fully encrypts calls, protecting them from hackers and eavesdroppers.

From Telereso’s perspective the buying and implementation process was seamless. Andy Davies liaised with the relevant technical partner in the Firstcom team and Chris was that their Account Manager kept in touch throughout the process to ensure any business related questions were answered.

Benefits

Telereso have been using the system for a month and not only is their phone system encrypted and GDPR compliant, but also Chris reports that the system is performing beyond their expectations in terms of reliability. As the company begins to scale the plan is to hold regular reviews to ensure the system has the capacity to meet growing demand and remains stable and robust.

Telereso are a forward thinking Company and combine strong in-house technical skills with innovation. Not only do they recognise the need for their comms to comply with the GDPR, but they really put their clients first and put client confidentiality and information security above everything else.
